You know, i realize that the Bible.. it's really God's Love Letter to us.
It's the ultimate Story book. It has :
-Romance
-intrigue
-mystic
-action
-triller
-history
-literature
-facts
How amazing.. to have my eyes openned this way. The Lord has really shown His faithfulness in my times of need, and when i am down and fallen, He stops to pick me up again, carries me on His shoulders until i can walk on my own, run on my own, and follow Him once more.
He covers all areas of my life. He's the air i breathe, who gives me life. He's the Rock on which i stand, my refuge and fortress. He's the Fountain of Living Water who quenches my thirst, and He is my Consuming Fire, who refines me through the trials and tribulations.
He promises wisdom to all who are humble enough to accept. Which one of us is smarter than Him? which one of us can boast that we know, when it is actually given by God?
James 4:6 " ...God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble."
Isaiah 55:9 " as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts higher than your thoughts."
So ask. If any of you needs wisdom, if any of you wants wisdom, ask. Seek and you shall find. ask and you shall be given. knock, and the door will be answered to you.
James 1 " 5.If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask of God, Who gives generously to all without finding fault. 6.but when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like the wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7.That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord. 8.He is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does."
but do not be deceived. wisdom of this world is not the wisdom of God.
James 3:17 " but the wisdom that comes down from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. "
Of course, it is 100% God, 100% man. If we want something, we do so by God's grace, but we must also put in our own fair share of work.
James 2:17 " in the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead."
Imagine. the vast and limitlessness of the universe. The twinkling stars that shine at night, the blazing sun that lights the day. the comets, asteroids, planets that dot the universe infinitely. We are just one planet, revolving one star, in one galaxy, among the billions, trillions, uncountable galaxies present.
All these just because He loves us.
He created all these things just for us. All these without us asking. How much more then, will He bless us with wisdom if we just ask? Is anything too great for God?
Surely, He will bless (: if we just ask. Isn't our God wonderful?

Handed the dsa form at vj today. that place is... interesting. HAHA. but yes, it's a good and nice school.
after that, we met with Mr Tan yesterday to talk about VJ. he said that most accepted dsa applicants are medal winners or finalists. which puts me way down the list. so, yeah. hahahahaha. by God's Grace.
but now i'm sick.. with a flu. that's why i can fly. and maybe with a fever too. that's why i'm so hot. hehehe.
there will always be trails. but we should consider it pure joy, whenever we face many kinds of trials. because we know that the testing of our faith produces perseverence. perseverence must finish its work so that we may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
so yes. persevere. hahahahaha!
